About the role
- Work directly with the CEO and COO to shape company-wide hiring strategy and growth
- Own recruiting end-to-end: sourcing, attraction, screening, evaluation, negotiation, and signed offers
- Build and scale an AI-first recruiting engine that sources thousands of candidates monthly and automates early screening
- Raise the caliber of every hire by embedding rigorous interview and testing processes and rejecting mediocrity
- Engineer durable recruiting systems in Greenhouse and beyond, including APIs and AI/LLM integrations
- Partner deeply with hiring managers to co-create interview frameworks, question banks, and evaluation methods
- Drive employer branding execution: write job copy, shape careers site content, and guide candidate-facing media
- Continuously innovate with a data-driven, "Moneyball" mindset to find overlooked signals of high performance
- Protect the integrity of hiring by filtering out fraudulent, low-commitment, or over-employed candidates
- Document every system, workflow, rubric, and playbook thoroughly so processes can be scaled and audited
Requirements
- Executive recruiting leadership experience, working directly with CEO and COO
- Hands-on ownership of the full recruiting funnel: sourcing, attraction, screening, evaluation, negotiation, and signed offers
- Experience building high-volume, AI-driven recruiting engines using LLMs, embeddings, and custom integrations
- Deep Greenhouse ATS expertise and experience designing automations and AI/LLM integrations
- Strong automation, API, and integration design skills
- Experience developing statistically rigorous interview and testing processes and evaluation rubrics
- Employer branding and candidate-facing messaging experience, including scripting job posts and media
- Strong documentation and writing-first approach to systems, workflows, rubrics, and playbooks
- Proven ability to detect and prevent candidate fraud and filter over-employed or low-commitment candidates
- Office-first conviction and experience selling in-office work to candidates
- Ability to partner with hiring managers to co-create interview frameworks and improve funnel outcomes
