• Develop a consistent data strategy with our clients to enable a 360° customer view and serve as the foundation for AI
• Design and implement integrations with other systems and automations — e.g., via Make, n8n, Workato, Operations Hub or APIs
• Independently lead client projects — from scoping and concept to go-live
• Conduct workshops for needs analysis, process mapping and best practices
