About the role

  • Strategic consulting & architecture design: Analyze existing business processes and develop scalable, future-proof Salesforce architectures.
  • Advise our clients on the optimal use of Agentforce and Salesforce Core Clouds (Data, Sales, Service & Experience Cloud) as well as adjacent technologies.
  • Technical responsibility & implementation: Design and develop end-to-end architectures following best practices, focusing on scalability and performance.
  • Technical governance and quality assurance in complex Salesforce projects.
  • Develop and optimize DevOps processes and tools based on modern technology stacks (e.g., Salesforce DX, Git, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Close collaboration with internal and external onshore and nearshore development teams to ensure solutions are implemented optimally.
  • Support our sales team in tenders and proposal creation, including IT strategy, architecture design and effort estimation.
  • Identify technical trends and provide advice on the best technological solutions for our clients.
  • Mentor and coach consultants and developers within project teams.
  • Actively contribute to shaping our internal methodology and best practices for solution architecture.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of professional experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., as a Senior Consultant, Senior Developer or Technical Architect)
  • Strong consulting skills with a customer-centric mindset — you understand clients' business processes and develop tailored solutions that deliver real value.
  • Proven experience in architecting, designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for mid-market and large enterprises in both project and pre-sales contexts.
  • Extensive (cross-cloud) knowledge of Salesforce products (Agentforce, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and optionally Marketing Cloud Engagement) or related solutions such as Account Engagement, Experience Cloud, Field Service, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Flows, LWC) and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices (Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, Git, JIRA) and experience implementing automated deployment processes.
  • Experience in technical leadership of project teams and close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and on- and nearshore development teams.
  • Strong communication skills to present technical content clearly to business and IT decision-makers, and very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
