About the role
- Utilize Solution Selling skills and technical expertise to close orders effectively
- Excel in a high-volume inbound RFQ environment
- Build strong, value-driven relationships with key customers
- Provide technical product knowledge and specifications to clients
- Increase sales volume, product mix, and profit margin in designated accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer priorities and ensure satisfaction
- Manage customer accounts and information in CRM systems
- Analyze and interpret customer needs from RFQs and project specifications
- Negotiate pricing and generate proposals using CRM systems
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in as Sales with Shower door sales is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, especially within our industry, is preferred
- Proficient in CRM systems and computer savvy
- Preferably experienced with HubSpot or similar software
- Demonstrated success across all sales processes, from planning to closing
- Strong time management and discipline in task organization
- Excellent in listening, negotiating, and presenting
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related
- Consistently exceeds sales KPIs
