About the role
- Conduct detailed analysis of sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement; provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
- Utilize data to determine training needs of the organization; develop and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of the sales team, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and use of sales tools.
- Drive adoption of sales tools and CRM systems; ensure that features are implemented and drive efficiencies of the sales force; utilize best practices to ensure ROI of each sales tool.
- Partner with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies with broader company goals.
- Work with Sales Operations Analysts to create performance reporting to determine results of training efforts, enablement programs and identify areas of opportunity for the sales team; generate and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at boosting sales effectiveness and achieving revenue growth objectives.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role.
- Preferred experience in Salesforce, Hubspot, and other Sales efficiency tools
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
