• Conduct detailed analysis of sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement; provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
• Utilize data to determine training needs of the organization; develop and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of the sales team, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and use of sales tools.
• Drive adoption of sales tools and CRM systems; ensure that features are implemented and drive efficiencies of the sales force; utilize best practices to ensure ROI of each sales tool.
• Partner with sales leadership, marketing, product management, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies with broader company goals.
• Work with Sales Operations Analysts to create performance reporting to determine results of training efforts, enablement programs and identify areas of opportunity for the sales team; generate and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
