About the role
- Owning and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Cybersecurity Program, including GRC, Privacy Ops, Product Security, SOC, IT Security, and Incident Response
- Co-own the Cybersecurity Roadmap with leadership
- Manage a small team responsible for GRC, Product Security, SOC, and Incident Response
- Partner closely with IT and Engineering teams on cybersecurity needs
- Build and maintain processes and controls, and prioritize risk remediation effectively
Requirements
- Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead people (2+ years in leadership roles, even without a formal management title), high Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience as a leader in product or program management is a plus.
- Security Acumen: Well-rounded cybersecurity experience across a full security program in fast-moving technology environments.
- You’re the player-coach for all cybersecurity specialties: GRC, Product Security, SOC, Incident Response, and more.
- Experience managing cybersecurity programs in technology-rich environments is a plus.
- Process & Execution: Experience building new processes and/or controls, and the ability to maintain established operations.
