Engineering Manager

• Lead initiatives that deliver cost savings to end-users and reduce emissions across a portfolio of more than 85 gas and electric programs throughout the Midwest, focusing on Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
• Oversee a team of 10–15 engineers, ranging from Energy Engineer I to V, including engineering people leaders.
• Provide expertise in audits, evaluations, HVAC, M&V, RCx, refrigeration, tool development and/or other areas of focus for our team and clients.
• Manage team workload to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of client projects.
• Mentor and support engineers in developing technical and professional skills.
• Oversee team labor and operating expenses, maintaining minimal variance to plan and forecasts.
• Develop and negotiate engineering scopes of work and budgets for business development opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering leadership and regional peers.
• Lead efforts to enhance program delivery and internal processes.
