About the role
- Identify, build, and nurture relationships with primary and specialty physicians, medical staff, referral coordinators, and other stakeholders to secure referrals
- Follow up on warm digital leads (~70%) and perform cold calling (~30%) to generate provider referrals
- Act as first line of education for new partners, promoting Expressable’s care model and arranging meetings with internal leadership
- Implement inbound and outbound strategies to raise awareness of Expressable’s clinical approach
- Manage provider accounts and serve as main point of contact for inquiries, referrals, client updates, and new initiatives
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans within the assigned South Texas territory to meet targets
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of sales activities and account details in CRM
- Utilize marketing materials and clinical resources to support sales efforts
- Work primarily from a remote home office and collaborate with internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in healthcare technology or virtual health services, pharmaceuticals, or other medical services
- Consultative selling style and related skills and experience
- Comfortable with and motivated by a quota-driven environment
- Generating provider referrals experience is preferred
- Familiarity with speech-language therapy practice is preferred
- MUST live in South Texas (Austin/Houston/San Antonio preferred)
- Eligible to work in the United States; employer cannot sponsor visas
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems (requested in application form)
