• Manage provider accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries, referrals, client updates, new initiatives, etc.
• Execute sales plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis within the assigned geographic region to meet targets.

• Collaborate with AI tools to generate actionable business insights that support strategic and operational decision-making
• Review, validate, and continuously improve the context and inputs provided to analytics AI systems to enhance output quality and relevance
• Support the organization's transition to an AI-native ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) pipeline by evaluating, implementing, and documenting emerging data engineering technologies
• Assist with the adoption of full CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) governance practices for data management, including pipeline testing, version control, and deployment workflows

• Develop and refine outreach messaging, sequencing, and engagement strategies to improve response and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM/ATS documentation and pipeline visibility to support clean data and actionable talent analytics.
• Partner with TA Specialists to ensure smooth candidate handoffs and a seamless candidate experience.

• Develop and Lead Clinical Continuous Improvement Strategy:
• Design and execute a comprehensive strategy aligned with clinical and business objectives.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other structured methodologies to drive measurable improvements in clinical metrics, patient engagement, outcomes, and satisfaction.
• Implement Evidence-Based Best Practices:
• Lead the development, implementation, and measurement of evidence-based clinical guidelines and practice protocols.
