Hunting: Identifying and initiating high-level relationships with franchise partners
Full lifecycle sales: pre-work, opening statements, and detailed discovery, to informative product demos to evoke the needs of prospects and perform as a trusted advisor
Attain assigned revenue goal by promoting the Employ brand to our franchise partners
Demonstrate capabilities and value of Employ in virtual settings and in-person
Attend conferences to establish new franchisor relationships (10-20% travel)
Creating and driving account acquisition and penetration plans for each of your franchise partners
Leverage CRM to manage your prospective and current franchisor pipeline
Requirements
3+ years of successful experience in software sales
Prior experience working in the franchise space – preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, marketing, or related field
Experience with the Human Capital Management market - a plus
Superior computer skills; proficient with CRMs
Impeccable time management and priority-setting skills
The confidence to speak effectively with a wide range of executives as you introduce, demonstrate, and solve pain points that franchises encounter
