About the role

  • You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing.\n
  • You’ll identify key stakeholders at cities, parks, nonprofits, and other organizations, book and run demo meetings, and lead closing conversations that bring new customers onto the SeeMyLegacy platform.\n
  • You’ll be expected to build and manage a strong pipeline, communicate our value clearly, and guide customers through an efficient sales process.\n
  • High Volume Phone Outreach: Make 75–90 outbound phone + email interactions daily to stakeholders at assigned accounts, generating interest and securing qualified meetings.\n
  • Demo Meetings: Run 45–60 meetings per month, presenting the SeeMyLegacy platform and focusing on your customer’s pain points, goals, and opportunities.\n
  • Organize and Document: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of communication, next steps, and progress in HubSpot CRM.\n
  • Drive the Close: Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through close - driving urgency at every stage.\n
  • Communicate with Confidence: Deliver clear, persuasive messaging that connects SeeMyLegacy’s value to customer priorities.\n
  • Adapt and Learn: Execute proven outreach strategies while staying open to feedback and coaching to improve performance and align with team goals.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of outbound sales experience.\n
  • Open to first time sales candidates with strong communication skills.\n
  • Strong communicator: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills\n
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet targets and consistently drive revenue\n
  • Organized and reliable: Detail-oriented and responsible for managing follow-ups and maintaining CRM with accuracy\n
