About the role
- Provide solutions to public, parochial, juvenile justice agencies and charter school districts for career and college readiness.
- Develop territory, prospect, demonstrate products, close sales, resolve issues; coordinate opportunities with Executive Account Manager.
- Build product knowledge to answer complex questions; leverage MS Teams and Zoom.
- Identify and close district sales opportunities to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Align sales strategies with organizational goals; tailor solutions to meet prospect and customer needs.
- Develop leads in territory; renew and grow existing business; actively prospect for new opportunities.
- Utilize organizational tools, data, and marketing resources to optimize sales results.
- Handle end-to-end sales: prospecting, proposals, relationship management, and closing.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge; participate in RFP/RFQ efforts as assigned.
Requirements
- Thrive in sales with 1+ years of direct experience or 5+ years as a passionate educator, driving impressive results.
- Bachelor's degree essential; educational background and tech sales experience are exciting bonuses.
- Master time management, problem-solving, and organizational prowess to tackle challenges head-on.
