About the role
- Cranial Technologies is dedicated to researching, diagnosing, and treating plagiocephaly (commonly called flat head syndrome).
- Opportunity to break into medical device sales and gain hands-on experience working with experienced sales leaders.
- Flexible, hybrid internship with work-from-home and in-person field territory experience in Detroit/Warren, MI.
- Engage with provider offices and families by supporting follow-up on referrals and retrieving referral information.
- Assist with territory coverage by preparing and delivering provider packages with personalized notes, reports, and marketing materials.
- Partner with Clinical Sales Representatives to book and confirm in-services, identify strong case outcomes, and attend trade shows.
- Analyze referral and territory reports to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas of improvement.
- Maintain accurate CRM records by linking providers to practices, identifying key accounts, and flagging inactive accounts.
- Shadow high-performing sales team members to learn key sales techniques and develop professional skills.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or higher-level degree program (High School Diploma required).
- Able to commit up to 20 hours per week, including some in-person weekdays between 8AM – 5PM.
- Able to commit a minimum of 6 months from start date.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; unable to sponsor employment Visa.
