Requirements
- At least 1 year of outbound calling experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a work-from-home environment
- Proficiency in advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and familiarity with remote work tools
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Google Workspace, ClickUp, Notion, and Salesforce are a plus
