• Work closely with cross-functional teams to guide customers through complex sales cycles.

• Own and drive strategic sales opportunities from initial engagement through contract signature.
• Develop and execute account strategies focused on enterprise clients and large-scale automation initiatives.

Strategic Sales Executive – Material Handling, Warehouse Automation

• Drive sales opportunities from qualification through contract signature within the UK and Ireland market
• Lead customer discussions during tender and negotiation phases, ensuring a high-quality commercial experience throughout the sales cycle
• Validate and defend final proposals with customers while managing commercial strategy and deal execution
• Coordinate sales projects and ensure alignment between technical, financial, and operational stakeholders
• Support the qualification of incoming leads and contribute to the development of strategic commercial pipelines
• Contribute to market intelligence, benchmarking activities, and competitive positioning
• Build long-term customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process

Senior Sales Executive – Robotic Warehouse Solutions

Human Resources

• Serve as the primary HR authority for the US, with deep expertise in US labor law and employee relations
• Act as a credible and trusted advisor to Senior Leaders, providing clear HR guidance and risk assessment
• Supervise US payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Travel regularly to US client sites and travel to HQ in France once per year
• Support Talent Acquisition strategy for the US, ensuring alignment with business growth, workforce planning, and group standards
• Drive talent development, performance management, and succession planning, supporting managers in building high‑performing and sustainable teams
• Deploy and localize group TA&TD initiatives in collaboration with Centers of Exellence teams in France, fostering internal mobility, leadership development, and continuous learning

• Ensure the smooth running of maintenance contracts with clients, including contracting, monitoring, reporting, invoicing, compliance, updates, and quotations
• Manage contract lifecycle activities with accuracy and rigor
• Act as the main point of contact for customers on all contract-related matters (KPIs, performance, invoicing, service quality)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration
• Coordinate and oversee the transition (handover) of customer sites from deployment to maintenance teams
• Plan, track, and manage maintenance activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects and contracts
• Oversee supplier maintenance contracts (setup, follow-up, compliance)

Thread Service Account Manager – Warehouse Robotics

• Ensure the smooth running of maintenance contracts concluded with our clients (contracting, monitoring, reporting, invoicing, security, updates, quotes, etc.)
• Act as the client's main contact for contract issues (KPIs, invoicing, etc.)Participate in the handover of customer sites between the deployment and maintenance teams (transfer, maintenance area, etc.)
• Follow up on the smooth running of supplier maintenance contracts (contracting, follow-up)
• Monitor suppliers on customer sites (contracts, guarantees, spare parts, etc.)
