• État de rapprochement
• Pré-révision des comptes
• Établissement des déclarations fiscales et TVA
• Vous serez amené(e) à utiliser les nouveaux outils digitaux destinés à faciliter le suivi comptable, l’organisation administrative de nos clients, et à vous permettre de vous concentrer sur l’accompagnement du chef d’entreprise
• Vous participerez activement à notre dynamique de conseil à destination des chefs d'entreprises.

• Provide guidance and advice on matters related to corporate life: major financial operations, conversions, change of manager, transfer of registered office, TUP (universal transfer of assets), etc.
• Restructurings: mergers, demergers (spin‑offs), total or partial asset contributions, etc.
