About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drafting documents related to corporate life events (incorporation, various statutory amendments, share transfers, dissolutions/liquidations…)
  • Drafting documents relating to restructuring transactions (changes of control, transfer of business assets, capital increases/reductions, mergers, partial contributions of assets, universal transfers of assets and liabilities (TUP)…)
  • Drafting contracts (intra-group agreements, shareholder agreements, leases…)
  • Handling the annual legal matters of companies
  • Managing formalities related to completed transactions, updating registers, filing and invoicing
  • Managing client relationships for assigned matters and liaising directly with all departments and colleagues of the firm
  • Use of POLYACTE software

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) such as DJCE / DESS in Business Law and Taxation (or equivalent)
  • 3 to 5 years in a similar position, ideally acquired in a law firm or an accounting firm
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector would be a plus
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Genuine team spirit
  • Ability to work autonomously in managing assignments
  • Positive, rigorous, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
