About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle annual company secretarial duties for commercial and civil companies, ensuring compliance with deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree in Law with a specialization in corporate law
At least 3 years' experience, ideally gained in an accounting firm
