About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drafting corporate documents related to company lifecycle events (incorporations, statutory amendments, share transfers, dissolutions/liquidations, etc.)
  • Drafting documents related to restructuring transactions (change-of-control transfers, asset/business sales, capital increases/reductions, mergers, partial asset contributions, total asset transfers (TUP), etc.)
  • Drafting contracts (intragroup agreements, shareholder agreements, leases, etc.)
  • Managing companies' annual legal matters
  • Handling formalities related to completed transactions, updating registers, filing, and invoicing
  • Managing client relations for assigned files and liaising directly with all offices and colleagues within the Firm
  • Using POLYACTE software
  • Communicating with the group's legal team, currently composed of around fifteen colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) such as DJCE/DESS in Business Law and Taxation
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position, ideally gained in a law firm or an accounting firm
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector would be a plus
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • True team spirit
  • Ability to work autonomously in managing assignments
  • Positive, rigorous, with good interpersonal and organizational skills
