About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take charge of a client portfolio composed of micro-businesses and SMEs, artisans, retailers and self-employed professionals
Processing of digitized accounting documents
Review of automatic accounting pre-allocations
Data entry and account reconciliation (matching)
Preparation of tax returns and VAT filings
Account reviews
Preparation of balance sheets and tax return packages (liasses fiscales)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum education: two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2, e.g., BTS/DUT) or DCG
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role within an accounting firm
Strong knowledge of general accounting
Good command of office software and accounting software
Ability to apply current methodologies while complying with professional standards and procedures
Methodical and organized
Team player with a collaborative approach
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive and able to make constructive proposals
Interest in digital tools and digitalisation
Knowledge of PENNYLANE software is a plus
