• Completes assessment for assigned panel of PACE programs using CMS returns files and input from all Capstone departments' analytics
• Assess the client's needed action plan based on structured assessments every quarter
• Develops and strengthens Capstone client relationships in the defined assignment panel
• Works with the Capstone project coordinator to ensure successful new client onboarding
• Monitor client needs and recommend additional services and/or improvements to current services
• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and creatively
• Assist the client with navigating and optimizing the use of service offerings and reports
• Provide and/or coordinate additional training and education to the clients via webinar as needed

Network Engineer

• Monitoring and maintaining networks and associated server components.
• Upgrade existing hardware as required.
• Installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Assess existing network services, operating systems and security programs.
• Provide proactive monitoring and analysis of network systems and components.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize network availability.

Customer Support

Account Manager

• Support partnership lifecycle: prospecting, due diligence, term sheet negotiation, pilot scoping, and MSA execution
• Build trusted relationships with provider organization executives, including CEOs, CMOs, and clinical/operations leaders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with AnewHealth’s operations, finance, technology, HR, talent acquisition, marketing, compliance, and other departments to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term partner satisfaction
• Serve as the senior relationship lead for strategic accounts, identifying ongoing opportunities for growth and collaboration
• Identify and qualify new partnership opportunities aligned with AnewHealth’s managed service model (PV1 front-end pharmacy + AnewHealth central fill)
