Collections Specialist

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- 1+ years of experience in a collections or customer service
- Prior experience in receivable accounts, medical billing, or healthcare administration preferred
- CRM, Salesforce highly preferred
- Phone systems, Five9 highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management skills
