About the role
- Own day-to-day administration of Seismic (or other enablement platforms), including user management, content structure, and permissioning
- Partner with IT and vendor to manage platform stability, integrations, and configuration enhancements
- Provide technical support, documentation, and just-in-time enablement resources for platform users
- Lead rollouts of new features and optimize usability across internal and external audiences
- Design and maintain a unified content taxonomy and tagging framework
- Develop and enforce content governance policies, including ownership, version control, review cycles, and retirement workflows
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Legal, and Channel to ensure field-facing content is accurate and compliant
- Design and manage onboarding, certification, and ongoing learning programs for Sales, BDR, and Partner roles
- Translate GTM strategies, product launches, and messaging into scalable enablement experiences
- Deliver process documentation, job aids, and self-serve resources
- Define success metrics and dashboards for enablement content and platform engagement
- Analyze usage data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve programs and tools
- Drive adoption of sales tools and enablement resources through training and communications
- Report to the Sr. Director of Revenue Enablement and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps, Legal, and Channel teams
Requirements
- Experience administering enablement platforms (Seismic preferred)
- Strong content governance and taxonomy design skills
- Experience designing onboarding, certification, and eLearning programs
- Ability to define KPIs, build dashboards, and analyze usage data
- Experience with GTM tech stack evaluation and integrations
- Technical support, documentation, and training experience for platform users
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Legal, RevOps, Channel Sales
- Strong operational rigor, program design, and project management
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives and influence without direct reports
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%
