About the role

  • Oversee a team of National Alliance Managers supporting several strategic national partners across segments and geographies
  • Motivate & inspire National Alliance Managers and develop & implement strategic plans to exceed expectations
  • Understand partner go-to-market strategy within each segment and build strategic plans to exceed growth expectations
  • Work cross-functionally with CrowdStrike Marketing & enablement to build/support alliances program initiatives
  • Leverage investment resources strategically to maximize ROI while meeting/exceeding partner sourced revenue targets and growth goals
  • Elevate CrowdStrike's brand within partners at executive and seller levels
  • Collaborate closely with CrowdStrike’s Americas sales leadership to ensure alignment with partner sales teams and overall strategy
  • Align with CrowdStrike regional alliance managers and tech alliance managers to execute strategic plans in territory
  • Engage with partners around services development and new licensing programs
  • Ensure bidirectional alignment between the executive branches of CrowdStrike and national partners

Requirements

  • Deep working Knowledge of top national partner business strategy and go to market motions
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • University/College degree
  • Proven track record of creating innovative enterprise solutions and successful GTM plans with leading channel partners
  • At least 4 to 10 years of exceeding revenue targets
  • Strategic thinker and hunter mentality who takes initiative
  • Hands-on problem solving and ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • Strong communicator and presenter with negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently or within a team
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills
  • Bonus: Previous sales experience in the information security space and strong technical knowledge with a broad range of security and networking technologies
