Growth Marketing

• Build and own Grip’s digital demand generation engine — from paid social to ABM to inbound campaigns
• Take charge of web analytics & tracking (GA4, GTM, attribution dashboards) to measure pipeline impact
• Design and run growth experiments across channels (ads, landing pages, nurture flows, LinkedIn campaigns)
• Partner with our content marketer and designer to launch creative campaigns that break through the noise
• Own Marketo hygiene: lead scoring, nurture flows, campaign tracking
• Leverage modern growth stack (ABM platforms, web tracking, AI-driven growth hacks, automation/enrichment tools)
• Spin up MVP campaigns quickly, validate hypotheses, and scale what works
• Report campaign ROI and pipeline contribution directly to the leadership team
• Build the playbooks and benchmarks that will become the foundation of Grip’s long-term growth function
