About the role

  • Build and own Clay automations and turn them into repeatable GTM playbooks that generate and qualify pipeline
  • Design, build, and maintain Clay flows for enrichment, dedupe, scoring, and CRM syncs
  • Integrate Clay with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, spreadsheets, and outreach tools
  • Create reusable templates, documentation, and runbooks
  • Run GTM experiments (outbound sequences, ABM plays), measure outcomes, and iterate
  • Train teammates and troubleshoot data quality issues

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years with Clay or similar no-code/data automation tools
  • Practical GTM experience with outbound playbooks and CRM integrations
  • Strong documentation and operator mindset
  • Zapier/Make or API experience
  • Basic SQL or scripting
  • Familiarity with Apollo/ZoomInfo/Sales Navigator
  • Experience in go-to-market strategy development and execution
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make strategic recommendations
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments
