Software Engineer

• Design, build, and optimize HubSpot workflows supporting marketing, sales, and operational objectives.
• Develop custom HubSpot solutions, including CRM configuration, custom properties, pipelines, automation, and reporting.
• Implement and manage integrations between HubSpot and external tools using APIs, middleware (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, n8n), or custom development.
• Maintain data accuracy and system reliability through data hygiene processes, deduplication, and governance.
• Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure automations are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process gaps and implement system improvements.
• Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and industry best practices, recommending enhancements to improve operations.
• Maintain clear documentation, including SOPs, process flows, and technical configurations.
