About the role

  • Everything To Gain is looking for a dynamic Sales Associate / Dialer to join our innovative team.
  • Responsible for reaching out to potential clients through outbound dialing efforts while also engaging in sales activities to promote our products and services.
  • Aim to generate leads, set appointments for the sales team, and contribute to an increase in overall sales.
  • Utilize dialing systems to contact potential clients and introduce our products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to generate interest.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team and maintain detailed records of interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Monitor and report on outreach effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales associate or telemarketing role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with dialing systems and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using Slack and ClickUp is a plus.
