Everything To Gain is looking for a dynamic Sales Associate / Dialer to join our innovative team.
Responsible for reaching out to potential clients through outbound dialing efforts while also engaging in sales activities to promote our products and services.
Aim to generate leads, set appointments for the sales team, and contribute to an increase in overall sales.
Utilize dialing systems to contact potential clients and introduce our products/services.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to generate interest.
Schedule appointments for the sales team and maintain detailed records of interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Monitor and report on outreach effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Requirements
Previous experience in a sales associate or telemarketing role is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Familiarity with dialing systems and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve targets.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
