About the role
- Lead and be accountable for operational aspects for large and medium-sized merchants.
- Engage constantly with customers to enable products and services and support merchant growth.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects, including onboarding of new entities and supporting expansion of existing merchants.
- Act as primary operational focal point between merchants and internal cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate operations across technology, risk, and finance to ensure smooth delivery.
- Expand existing merchants’ activities into new territories, products, and services.
- Work as part of the Account Operations team to deliver new opportunities and growth.
- Scope, create, plan, track and manage tasks and projects to ensure accurate delivery and high quality customer service.
- Provide internal and external communication at all levels including management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a business support /operational management / account management role in financial services, payment card services
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
- Online payments background.
- Technical knowledge of the payment ecosystem is highly preferred.
- Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail.
- Comfortable liaising with customers.
- Previous experience with CRM is mandatory. Salesforce specific background is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to a regularly changing environment.
