About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients and build/preserve trusting relationships.
  • Understand clients’ needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
  • Resolve clients issues quickly and effectively.
  • Pursue upselling and perform cross-selling opportunities to grow revenue.
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes.
  • Preserve and develop assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams; act strategically and analytically to outperform competition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a client’s relationship manager within the payments or fintech industry.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
  • Experience in sales or clients service is preferred.
  • Knowledge of payment processing, digital payments, card schemes, and industry regulations.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
  • Ability to work in a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar field.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
