Account Executive

• Develop deep expertise in Ever.Ag’s AI- and ML-powered SaaS solutions and how they address high‑value challenges across food, beverage, dairy, and process manufacturing operations.
• Deliver compelling, ROI-driven value propositions illustrating how AI/ML insights improve throughput, labor efficiency, forecasting accuracy, quality outcomes, and supply chain resilience.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly ARR targets by leading complex sales cycles and closing high-value enterprise software deals.
• Conduct impactful sales presentations—onsite and virtually—tailored to executives, technical teams, plant operations leaders, and data/analytics stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Business Unit leaders to structure deals, negotiate contracts, and accelerate adoption of predictive analytics and automation tools.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of AI/ML software opportunities across assigned accounts and verticals.
• Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies to expand AI/ML usage across plants, divisions, and manufacturing operations.
• Create and maintain long-term strategic account plans aligned to customer transformation goals and Ever.Ag’s product roadmap.
• Strengthen executive relationships through quarterly business reviews, consultative workshops, and performance optimization discussions.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and detailed CRM documentation across pipeline and account activity.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and maximize long‑term value realization and customer retention.
• Travel to customer locations as needed (approximately 25%–50%), following all safety and company vehicle policies.
• Support company-wide strategic initiatives, product feedback loops, and special projects related to AI/ML commercialization.

Enterprise Account Executive – AI/ML

• Gain deep understanding of Ever.Ag’s products and services to effectively address client needs
• Clearly communicate the unique value propositions of solutions and services to clients
• Achieve or exceed quarterly sales goals to drive annual recurring revenue growth
• Conduct compelling sales presentations online and in person to prospective clients
• Collaborate across teams to negotiate and close sales deals successfully
• Proactively identify and nurture new business opportunities to maintain a robust pipeline
• Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts
• Develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with client objectives
• Foster and strengthen relationships within enterprise accounts to enhance client loyalty
• Lead strategic account planning, executive reviews, and revenue forecasting efforts
• Drive to and from customer or job sites, while safely operating a company-provided or personal vehicle and adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations, including no handheld phone use while driving

Enterprise Account Executive – Protein

Events

• Maintain and manage a centralized Ever.Ag event marketing calendar
• Research, evaluate, and recommend industry conferences, trade shows, and producer events
• Assess event opportunities based on audience relevance, sponsorship value, logistics, and projected return on investment
• Manage the full event lifecycle including planning, logistics, execution, and performance analysis
• Partner with sales and marketing leaders to ensure event strategies align with pipeline generation and customer engagement goals
• Represent Ever.Ag at industry events as a knowledgeable, enthusiastic ambassador
• Identify and secure speaker opportunities for Ever.Ag experts
• Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and recommend investments
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop pre-event promotion strategies
• Secure attendee lists to support BDR outreach
• Lead the operational execution of events including booth design and setup
• Manage vendor relationships and logistics
• Prepare internal teams for events
• Serve as the primary point of contact during events
• Oversee booth operations and overall brand presence
• Monitor event performance in real time
• Produce detailed event performance summaries
• Reconcile event budgets and analyze return on investment
• Lead structured post-event debrief sessions
• Continuously refine Ever.Ag’s event strategy

Marketing Events Specialist

• Develop an understanding of Ever.Ag’s products and services and how the solutions address needs within the dairy supply chain/processing environment
• Deliver clear articulations of the value of each solution and service
• Grow annual recurring revenue by achieving or exceeding quarterly sales targets
• Conduct and lead sales presentations via web and in-person
• Collaborate with cross functional internal stakeholders and business leads to negotiate sales and close deals
• Develop a pipeline of business opportunities
• Identify potential cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Create and implement long-range sales client strategies
• Increase breadth and depth of enterprise accounts relationships
• Develop and update strategic account plans
• Conduct client executive review sessions
• Forecast account revenue and pipeline opportunities

• Learn Ever.Ag’s supply chain offerings, analytical tools and methodologies, including F2P Haul Cost Modeling, P2P Benchmarking, TTO Intake Optimization and 3D-Simulation Modeling
• Work with milk dispatch teams to provide an excellent quarterly dispatch KPI review and create collaborative process improvements to enhance Ever.Ag dispatch services
• Partner with teams to enhance and maintain PowerBI reports to give clients enhanced visibility and insight into their business
• Execute analysis, create tables and charts for presentations, characterize findings and help develop recommendations
• Delight clients with excellent deliverables, communication and support
• Build and sustain positive relationships with managers, co-workers and clients
• As needed, travel to plants and meeting venues for data collection, presentation and design sessions

• Drive economic analysis of U.S. and global dairy markets, including supply/demand fundamentals, trade flows, farm economics, processing margins, and price dynamics
