Build talent pipelines proactively, leveraging market intelligence, data, and creative sourcing to attract diverse, high-performing talent.
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Eve’s culture of speed, clarity, and care.
Use data to drive decisions—track funnel metrics, analyze conversion rates, and partner with RevOps and People Analytics to continuously improve recruiting efficiency.
Continuously improve recruiting processes, tooling, and best practices as we scale from dozens to hundreds of hires.
Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops, Finance, and Hiring Managers to deliver forecasting accuracy, compensation alignment, and hiring velocity.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in **full-cycle recruiting**, ideally in a high-growth tech company; GTM recruiting experience required.
Known for being a **strategic thought partner** to leadership—balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
Strong sourcing capability and talent-market fluency (especially across Sales, Marketing, and CS profiles).
Skilled at using **data and analytics** to inform strategy and optimize conversion rates.
