Be ready and willing to jump into any stage of the recruiting process across a variety of functions (Technical/R&D, GTM, G&A)
Provide timely and accurate scheduling and coordination support, ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience, particularly during peak volume periods
Support the Talent Acquisition Partners by filling capacity gaps across the team's needs
Proactively identify and engage top-tier talent using creative outreach strategies and a strong emphasis on LinkedIn Recruiter
Own and drive end-to-end recruiting efforts for assigned roles, from initial intake and sourcing through screening, offer, and close
Ensure clear communication and a thoughtful, inclusive process for all candidates
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Work closely with hiring managers and the People Team to understand requirements and refine strategies
Requirements
2+ years of experience in technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting
Demonstrated technical sourcing proficiency, including expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and executing effective Boolean search strings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging and building rapport with both technical professionals and business stakeholders
Comfort operating with autonomy and managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting
A commitment to inclusive hiring practices and building diverse teams
Familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
Familiarity with AI recruitment strategies and/or tools is a plus
