Requirements
- 6+ years of recruiting experience
- 2+ years in a management role in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Demonstrated success building or optimizing recruiting processes
- Strong data orientation with experience managing recruiting dashboards
- Hands-on expertise using modern ATS platforms
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
