About the role
- Work alongside the Recruitment team in promoting ARS as a great place to work.
- Assist in phone screening candidates for basic job responsibilities.
- Engage with candidates via email campaigns and Text Message campaigns.
- Outbound dial cold candidate lists to re-engage interest.
- Review candidate video submissions (HireVue).
- Schedule interviews for high-volume roles (15+ daily).
- Obtain interview feedback from Hiring Management.
- Follow up with candidates through the hiring process to ensure a great onboarding experience.
- Ensure accurate management of candidate data using the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS).
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- College degree in a relatable field or comparable tenured work history.
- Passion to enter the Talent Acquisition industry.
- Proven experience working in a remote setting.
- Accessibility to a quiet remote-work environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly pivot between priority tasks in an ever-changing environment.
- Compassionate to the candidate experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills.
- Proven ability to build successful inter-personal relationships with peers and management teams.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
