About the role

  • Recruit: Perform sourcing activities using job boards, social media, and other platforms to build candidate pipelines.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of a candidate pipeline for high-volume roles.
  • Screen candidates to ensure minimum qualifications and basic cultural fit.
  • Ensure the recruitment process is inclusive, equitable, and delivers a positive candidate experience.
  • Be a brand ambassador by sharing content on social media and promoting GEV talent brand.
  • Creates targeted attraction and engagement strategies for active roles in close collaboration with Talent Attraction team.
  • Advise & Lead: Manage end to end recruitment process for high volume roles including sourcing, screening candidates, and facilitating the offer process.
  • Provide guidance to people leaders on standard recruitment process, procedures and best practices.
  • Communicate consistently and proactively to ensure alignment and remove barriers.
  • Understand operational metrics to refine recruitment activities and improve delivery.
  • Manage candidate / requisition lifecycle in ATS with highest accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity for reporting.
  • Innovate & Continuous Learning: Participate in projects, implement best practices, embrace change and help improve the overall talent acquisition function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Basic understanding of job boards and social media sourcing
  • Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
