About the role
- Build trust with new clients during onboarding
- Grow or maintain key accounts through relationship management
- Execute business reviews and analyze customer insights
- Identify opportunities for growth in volume and profitability
- Prepare reports on profitability trends and service performance
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers,
- Manage conflict and ensure timely invoicing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of related experience in 3PL
- Working knowledge of the transportation industry
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Elevated level of organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to read, write, type, and speak English
- Experience working in a Transportation Management System (TMS), Microsoft Power BI, and Excel Pivot Tables
