About the role

  • Design, manage, and optimize onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure quick ramp-up times
  • Deliver ongoing training programs aligned with new product features, market shifts, and evolving buyer personas
  • Partner with Product Marketers to ensure sales teams have access to case studies, battle cards, playbooks, and pitch decks
  • Maintain a centralized sales enablement content repository and promote its effective use
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and RevOps to refine sales processes, methodologies, and workflows
  • Monitor adoption and compliance with sales processes through CRM insights and performance metrics
  • Track key enablement metrics (onboarding time, win rate, content usage) and use insights to inform programs
  • Collect feedback from sales teams and continuously improve enablement efforts
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure messaging alignment and knowledge transfer
  • Serve as liaison between frontline sales teams and internal product/marketing updates
  • Scale go-to-market strategy, drive sales productivity, and ensure consistency in messaging across the sales cycle

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, B2B sales, or sales operations (ideally within SaaS or GovTech)
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful enablement programs
  • Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), LMS platforms, and sales engagement tools
  • Strong communication, project management, and change management skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data to drive decision-making
  • Experience working in or with public sector organizations is a plus
  • Previous experience in B2B sales an asset
  • Willingness/ability to work in Oakville, Ontario and attend office 3 days/week
  • Legal authorization to work full time in Canada (application asks)
