About the role
- Source, manage, and close new business deals; manage the sales process end to end.
- Clearly communicate Ethena’s value and demonstrate how products address prospects’ pain points.
- Foster strong relationships through deep understanding of customers’ needs and multithread across teams to create champions.
- Maintain a tight, organized pipeline and consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Travel a few times per year to attend key events and meet with prospects in person.
- Collaborate with internal teams; participate in coaching and skill development.
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS full-cycle sales, particularly in complex, non-transactional deals on small, high-growth teams.
- Track record of surpassing sales quotas and excelling in new business acquisition.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Curiosity about new technology and ability to connect it to business impact.
- Proactive, self-led, builder mentality.
- Proficient in Salesforce and sales automation tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach, Gong, etc.).
- Aligned with Ethena’s mission, with a passion for learning and growth.
- Must be located in one of the approved U.S. locations listed by Ethena and eligible to work without employer visa sponsorship.
