About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Machine Learning Engineers, Product Managers, Full Stack Engineers, and adjacent roles
- Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to understand roadmaps, anticipate headcount and leveling needs, and translate them into sourcing plans and interview panels
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience with transparent expectations, timely communication, efficient scheduling, and fast feedback loops
- Proactively source and engage active/passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound campaigns, referrals, technical communities, and rediscovery to deliver diverse, representative slates
- Leverage data and industry insights to continuously improve recruiting processes and provide meaningful feedback to hiring managers
- Mentor sourcers and recruiters, document playbooks, and contribute reusable tools to improve team performance
- Manage relationships with external agencies/partners and ensure alignment to internal standards and talent needs
- Report to the Head of Technical Recruiting (Sr. Manager) and partner with Engineering and Product Management leadership
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience across Engineering, Product Management, and Machine Learning roles
- 5+ years sourcing technical talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM/sourcing tools
- Proven success building pipelines for ML Engineers/Researchers, Product Managers, and Full Stack Engineers across Senior to Principal ICs and Manager to VP leaders
- Hands-on experience with Ashby or similar to manage pipelines and produce data-driven insights
- Trusted partner to leaders who listens first and persuades with clear, data-backed recommendations
- Strategic, curious builder who turns business goals into recruiting plans and stays current on talent-market trends
- Track record elevating team performance in a collaborative, low-ego, high-humility culture; coach and be coached
- Continuous-improvement mindset: streamline processes, remove obstacles, and pilot creative approaches as needs evolve
- Ability to work with external agencies/partners when required
