Requirements
3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring senior and staff-level software engineers in fast-paced or startup environments.
Deep understanding of software engineering roles, skill sets, and hiring nuances across back-end, front-end, infrastructure, and AI/ML domains.
Thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building systems from scratch, and can balance speed with precision.
Skilled at identifying bottlenecks, introducing scalable workflows, and driving consistency across interviews, calibration, and offers.
Trusted partner to hiring managers and technical leadership; comfortable providing data-driven insights and pushback when needed.
Known for high empathy, clear communication, and representing the company authentically.
Works closely with sourcers and cross-functional partners to align hiring priorities and deliver results.
Proficient in modern ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse Sourcing Automation) and comfortable experimenting with AI-assisted recruiting workflows.
Bonus: Experience with employer branding or university recruiting initiatives such as career fairs or early talent programs.
