Requirements

- Undergraduate degree or 4 years equivalent experience
- Experience with common sourcing tools and related TA tools
- Ability to leverage raw data and build data stories that influence through data visualization and narrative story telling
- Experience using a CRM to pipeline talent
- Project management proficiencies
