Requirements
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 7+ years recruiting for technical roles (hardware, software, embedded systems, or related R&D fields).
Proven success recruiting for early-stage or fast-growing startups. Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working with limited structure.
Strong understanding of technical domains such as firmware, electrical engineering, embedded systems, or applied research.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence and partner with executives and technical leaders.
