Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of technical sourcing experience for Software Development Engineers, AI, ML, Data Scientists, Technical Program Managers, and Software Development Managers directly from Top Tech companies.
Undergraduate degree or 4 years equivalent experience.
Experience with common sourcing tools and related TA tools.
Ability to leverage raw data and build data stories that influence through data visualization and narrative storytelling.
Experience using a CRM to pipeline talent, run send on behalf of campaigns etc.
Ability to establish relationships and build networks to accomplish goals.
Project management proficiencies; including time management, delegation, and progress reports.
Understanding of applicable employment law as required.
