Proven Success: Track record of engaging and converting senior technical talent in competitive markets.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to go beyond filling roles—designing long-term talent mapping and pipeline strategies.
Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to build authentic relationships with senior-level candidates.
