Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job board platforms, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create effective job postings, identify qualified candidates and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings and conducting outreach to facilitating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding.
Propose and actively participate in initiatives, projects, and proposals to enhance the quality of our recruiting process.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter within the manufacturing/semiconductor industry hiring roles such as mechanical, electrical, metrology, laser, process, and R&D engineers or similar.
Strong knowledge of engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, metrology, R&D, and others) and the ability to engage and communicate effectively with candidates in various technical fields.
Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems such as Lever, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
