- Full-cycle recruiting across AI/ML, AI Product, and AI Platform roles — from sourcing to offer close
- Partnering with leadership to define hiring needs and interview processes
- Driving candidate experience that reflects our speed, precision, and mission-driven culture
- Building market maps and data-driven sourcing strategies across competitive AI talent pools
- Negotiating complex offers and compensation packages in collaboration with execs and finance
- Serving as an ambassador for Brain Co.’s brand at events, conferences, and online communities
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house, early stage experience)
- Must have experience with engineering or technical roles
- Have successfully hired AI/ML Engineers, Product Engineers, or Platform/Infra Engineers
- Are a strong storyteller who can translate technical work into a compelling narrative for candidates
- Are metrics-driven and know how to build pipelines that convert
- Excel in high-autonomy, fast-moving environments where recruiting = impact
