• Design, train, and deploy models for both batch and real-time inference that identify malicious or infringing content across diverse data sources
• Partner closely with the Detection and Infrastructure teams to ensure our ML systems scale with the volume of web data we ingest
• Work on problems that range from NLP and embeddings to similarity search, classification, and anomaly detection
• Collaborate directly with customers and internal stakeholders to translate real-world threats into production ML systems

• Enable success of enterprise clients onboarding on the Doppel platform
• Coordinate development lifecycle of various third party integrations and SIEMs
• Troubleshoot and resolve SSO and authentication-related issues (SAML, OAuth, etc).
• Enable webhook and API onboarding for internal and external customers
• Proactively identify and scale customer limits on the Doppel platform.
• Manage the development of 4-5 parallel integration work streams with multiple stakeholders
• Set and maintain deadlines with clear communications
• Bridge communication gaps between engineering and other non technical functions
• API/Webhook enablement for marketing, CSMs, sales engineers, and customers
• Able to build applications on top of our webhook platform to level up Doppel use-cases
