About the role
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, and closing).
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and build tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source top talent through creative methods including direct outreach, networking, job boards, and industry-specific channels.
- Act as an ambassador for Giga by effectively communicating our mission, culture, and values to prospective candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate, up-to-date records within Greenhouse (ATS).
- Deliver a fast, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Provide hiring data and insights through regular recruitment reporting.
- Shape Giga’s recruiting function and drive employer branding efforts as part of the founding recruiting team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruiting cycle as either the first/sole recruiter or on a small team.
- Strong sourcing skills, with experience finding and engaging passive candidates.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
